RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are not satisfied with your item, you can return it within 14 days from receipt of the package. Please note that we can only accept unused and undamaged goods.

Returns

  1. Fill in the returns form provided with your package according to the instructions and enclose it with your goods.
  1. Please return the item(s) complete and in the original packaging. Make sure the packaging is complete and secure to avoid damage in transit.
  1. Send the package back with a shipping service provider of your choice. We recommend shipping as an insured package with tracking information. Please keep the shipping receipt with tracking number. On request, we are happy to send you a prepaid GLS return label in a separate email. Please contact our service team at customercare@highpaw.eu. For the use of the return label we charge a flat rate depending on country. The use of our return label is not necessary for an effective return.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange one or more items (different size, color, etc.), please contact our service team directly by email at customercare@highpaw.eu.

Refunds

We will refund the amount according to your original payment method within 7 working days after receipt and inspection of the return.  Please note that refunds can take up to 10 days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.


Repeal policy

if you would like to repeal your contract of purchase, you may choose one of the following two options:

1. Repeal of purchase by way of return
your repeal of purchase will automatically take effect if you return the items within 14 days as indicated above.

2. Repeal of purchase in written form
you have 14 days after delivery to repeal your contract of purchase in written form by sending us an email. once you informed us, please return the items within 14 days.
